Revocation Extension Hearings:

Revocation extension hearings are by definition a hearing regarding alleged violations while an I/P is serving a previously imposed revocation period.  This will almost always occur in a state prison.  As a result, the process is the same, but the staff members responsible for the process may be different than those for revocation hearings. For example, instead of a P&CSD staff member serving the initial revocation rights, offer, and forms, the staff member will most likely be a Correctional Counselor.  Also, many times there is no police report.  Usually, there will be a CDC 115 Rules Violation Report instead.  But other than that, there is no difference in the process than that for revocation hearings.
