Executive Officer:
Under the general direction of the Chairperson, the Executive Officer (EO) manages the operation of the investigative, hearing, legal, and administrative units of the BPT. The EO also serves as the liaison regarding policy issues between BPT and other State agencies, especially the California Department of Corrections (CDC). The EO is also responsible for the implementation of BPT policies, procedures, and regulations.
