Good Faith Effort:

An entity can show good faith effort to comply with the requirements of the ADA by;

1.       finding problem areas and proposing solutions,

2.       by developing a reasonable time line that takes into account the barriers that need to be removed and the resources available to the agency for their removal, and

3.   by getting input from the disability community (e.g. Disability Advisory Committees).
