BPT SHALL:

Evaluate all facilities in which parole proceedings are conducted to determine ADA compliance.

Provide a list of facilities not accessible to relevant BPT and CDC personnel

Draft a Transition Plan, to include a description of structural modifications that will be completed to make the facilities accessible and a schedule for providing accessible proceedings.
