BPT must develop an ADA grievance process (BPT 1074) which results in grievances regarding reasonable accommodation being decided prior to hearing.

The BPT 1074 is completed by the parolee if s/he chooses to grieve a denial by the BPT of a request for reasonable accommodation needed for a parole proceeding.
