INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of this training is to familiarize Board of Prison Terms ADA hired Attorneys with the different types of disabilities they may encounter and the different types of accommodations that may be available to ensure effective communication during parole proceedings pursuant to the Armstrong injunction.
