EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:
BPT and CDC staff shall ensure that communications with inmates/parolees with disabilities impacting their ability to communicate and/or comprehend documents and processes involved in parole proceedings, are as effective as communications with inmates/parolees without disabilities.
