Goals:

  • To provide equal access for qualified disabled inmates/parolees to the most basic facilities, programs and services.

  • Provide effective communication in those programs and services.
    Protect the due process rights of all inmates/parolees. 

  • The goal of the BPT is to provide equal access for qualified disabled prisoners to the most basic facilities, programs and services, and effective communication in those programs and services. 

Since the primary program and service provided by the Board is a parole proceeding, the overall result of this system is the protection of the due process rights of all inmates/parolees.
